Homeless in Sai Kung

Here's one I really take to heart. For Tin, the homeless guy of Sai Kung, with whom we talked about philosophy, the starry sky, life... and beer :]
Note: you might understand the following better if I told you he woke up blind one day.

Homeless

The blind man walks,

And he goes,

Guided by me, the stars,

As we show the way to the borderless,

Distant Nirvana…

He hums a silent tune

To the ones guiding him,

Little comfort as he drifts,

Along a muted melody.

But I’ll show you the way,

And how not to be afraid,

As you walk into the shadows

Of an endless dream.

Humming this silent tune

To stars you’ll never know.

They look down upon you,

Shore glowing white with moon.

Guides to work for the blind man,

Walk the way of eternity.

With you only philosophies,

And an index of human kind.
